The Msgr. Anthony Dalla Villa Tribute Page (Page updated 2/10/14)

February 10th, 2012 celebrates 10 years since the passing on of our beloved priest and friend.

The time has come for us to gather our special memories and stories of him, in order to share the inspiring life of a very holy and spiritual priest. He taught all people that life is a gift and that we must live life to the fullest~ with love, compassion and forgiveness for ourselves and others.

Fr. Anthony was known for his life's work: His beautiful inspiring homilies and his celebration of the entire mass, reconciliation, and healing gifts which changed people's lives. Just as our Pope Francis, Msgr. Anthony Dalla Villa helped all people by his numerous gifts- some of which are written about here. Thank you for your visit and for reminding others of his 'work of love'.

In order to celebrate his life and 'work of love', here below is the 2008 Memorial Mass Invitation and the inspiring letter written about Fr. Anthony by his close friend, Dr. Frances Renda, who also arranges the yearly Dedication/Memorial Mass for him at St. Patrick's Cathedral.

This letter is the invitation written by her to invite friends and people to his 2008 Memorial Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral:

Fr. Anthony had a great devotion to St. Thérèse. He often spoke of her in his inspiring homilies.
